Bachelor of Science, University of Illinois, College of ACES, 1960

Over forty years experience in Engineering, Operations, and Project Management for the Union Starch and Refining Co., Miles Laboratories Inc., and Archer Daniels Midland Company. Directed the construction and operations of multiple product lines primarily Corn Wet Milling, Corn Sirup and Fructose, and Beverage, Industrial, and Fuel Grade alcohol including fermentation for enzymes and other bio-products. Each of these product lines required a specialized approach in the production refining process and each created waste materials of varying quantity and compositions requiring creative solutions for recycling or new uses eliminating waste. Safety and Environment priority one.

Inventor of Patent Pending continuous wet alternative ethanol process "Biomilling and Grain Fractionation" for an alternate choice to produce ethanol and premium co-products other than what is presently available with the current wet and dry milling processes for improved rates and yields with a reduction in BTUšs, costs, chemicals and environmental discharges with no process wastewater discharge.

Offering consulting, management and engineering for total Ethanol plant feasibility, construction, operations, and marketing with strategic alliances for engineering , support, sales and marketing. Featuring continuous operations and the Supramyl High Solids, High Shear Liquefaction, continuous saccharification , fermentation, and carbon dioxide, and extraction of quality germ, fibre, and concentrated protein for food grade, industrial grade, and animal grade for both ruminants and non-ruminants.
